Due to food safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any tea items once shipped.
All sales are final. In the event a return is approved at our discretion, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Clear photos of the packaging and contents
We will review the request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement.

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by carriers
