These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kyōcha website, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any Kyōcha products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kyōcha provides premium matcha and hōjicha tea products for personal consumption. All products sold are food products and are subject to proper storage, handling, and use by the customer.

Kyōcha reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Each order is prepared with care to ensure everything arrives in its best condition.

By purchasing and using Kyōcha products, customers assume full responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use in accordance with generally accepted food safety practices.
